Project Scope & Definition

Based on the initial consultation, we will prepare a project definition report that describes the scope and functional requirements of the project. We will describe the proposed solution along with a breakdown of costs for each stage of the project and detailing any input required from the customer such as the provision of artwork or other literature. Should you wish to engage us to proceed with your website project, we will require you to sign off at this stage and agree a schedule of fees as described against a schedule of key delivery points. The actual website design work is based upon the project definition report and agreed provisional artwork layouts.

Site Build & Modifications

We build the site according to the project definition report and agreed layout design artwork. Contained within the project definition report we will provide you with estimated development time frames and anticipated total man hours. Included in your development fee will be a percentage of the estimated man hours that is allowed for customer required changes which will be made to the finished site free of charge. Any further additions or alterations can be performed for an additional charge as needed. You will not be required to pay the final fee for the site until you are satisfied with our work and sign off on the project.

Project Handover & Ongoing Support

Once the project is completed you will be presented with the project completion document which describes the development work undertaken, the functionality and content of the website. If you have purchased domain names, web hosting or other services from us full details of ongoing costs will be provided to you. Any design faults due to us will be corrected free of charge and we are always willing to provide competitive quotations for additional work that your require in the future.
